Accountability through law

• ₹50 Crore IFMS — secure complete records and pursue recovery with applicable interest for transfer to the AOA
• Stop excessive ₹9–12 lakh transfer charges under the applicable RERA circular and help residents recover unlawful collections
• Publish a legal white paper covering major cases, orders, expenses, progress and next steps
• Defend the society’s financial, legal and property interests through prompt legal action
• Enforce the builder’s plaster, painting and pending repair obligations
• Review, strengthen and pursue every pending AOA case
• Create a strong AOA legal committee to scrutinise works, vendors, contracts, tenders and compliance

A resident-first AOA that is easy to reach, with every flat owner as a member.

• Grow AOA membership from about 1,300 toward 100% of eligible flat owners
• Keep the website updated with all records, circulars and minutes of meetings
• Dedicated AOA helpline for grievance redressal
• Publish audited accounts every three months
• Select all vendors through public tender for a commission-free AOA
• SOP calendar for horticulture, lifts, AC pipes each April and drainage before monsoon
